INVITATION OVERWHELM
My collections take away the overwhelming feeling when it comes to the design of your wedding stationery.

They are a semi-custom design meaning the wording is tailored to your individual needs. All you need to do is select the collection you like and an e-mail will be sent asking for your bespoke wording required.

A digital proof will be sent and once you are completely happy, printing will begin.

In the meantime, please see below some FAQ's to help and guide you through the ordering process with me.

How do I order while your shop is being built?Easy! Just send me an e-mail via the contact form or directly at clairesdesignstudio@outlook.com and I promise to get back to you within 48 hours.

When should I order?I would always order sooner rather than later. Processing times for my semi custom collection, from initial order to print can take around 4-5 weeks depending on what needs to be changed to the design, however I always try be be quicker than this. Bespoke designs can take 12 weeks onwards from initial contact to print. Please contact me in the first instance and we can discuss your requirements further. Delivery can take a couple of days with Royal Mail tracked service. If you need something urgently then I will of course do my best to accommodate the date for you. Message me as quickly as possible and I can let you know if it's doable. I will always give you a projected completion date. where possible.

Can I get a sample?No problem. Send me an e-mail via the contact form and I can arrange that for you.

Do I get a proof?Yes. I will always send you a PDF proof to you for approval. No printing will begin until I receive an e-mail proof approval from you.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?It all depends on what stationery items you are looking for. Standard minimum quantity is 20, however, A1 boards and one off items will be individually printed. Please contact me with your requirements and I can advise further.

I've made a mistake, what can I do?Mistakes happen, we're only human! As long as printing hasn't begun, I'm more than happy to make changes. Please contact me within 24 hours of the order being placed otherwise I cannot guarantee that printing hasn't already begun.

Where is my order?If tracking has been paid for then the tracking number will be sent to you so you can see where you order is with the delivery company. Should you not receive the order then I will file a claim for non delivery and resend your order.

My order has arrived damaged/wrongAh no! Don't worry, I'll do all I can to sort the issues out. I'm here to help! If the order arrives damaged then please send me some photos of the damage. I can then issue a claim against the delivery company. I will then reprint your order for quick dispatch. Should there be an error on the order: If the order has been agreed at the proof stage and printed accordingly, then unfortunately I wouldn't be able to issue a refund or reprint. All orders are final once the proof has been agreed. Should there be an error and it's not as per the proof then I apologise and will issue a reprint of the order.

Do you ship outside the UK?Unfortunately I don't at the moment.
